For a long time, I found myself in a state of constant stress and worry. It affected my sleep, work, family and my wellbeing.
I tried various methods to feel better, but nothing seemed to work effectively until I stared listening to relaxing music.
As I listened and watched soothing videos, I found myself feeling calmer, and more relaxed. It made me sleep better and feeling rejuvenated.
Therefore, I decided to start a YouTube channel, to share these beautiful and helpful videos with the rest of the world.
I don't have a many videos yet, but I'll do the best to be posting videos every week.
