Family Neglect and Consequences

My parents separated in 2006 and my mother, second eldest sister, brother and myself moved from Erith to Thamesmead. Prior to Erith, we lived in Vauxhall, London. We lived with my mother in an unkept home and our lives have not been the same since. My sister is undiagnosed autistic and returned home from university in 2010 and moved back into the family home which was atypical. We were becoming mentally ill and socially handicapped living with a mother who is sick and kept us isolated. My brother who is now 30 and for a long time could not move out. We all became sick and paralysed. My mother also tried to cause intentional manslaughter of her children. She has made us work to death instead of seek social aid or support us into independence. My father is an abuser. My eldest sister abandoned the family and become complicit in abuse through neglect. I barely know any of my immediate family. Nigeria must uphold modern healthy family values if it wants to become a developed country.
