The outdoors has a way of humbling anyone who dares enter. Nature does not care about your pathetic, made-up social status. The taking or catching of an animal or fish is a remarkable feat. Many times we come back empty-handed. Nature is the great humbler. A very vain sense of pride has swept through our society. Ironically, many of us would not survive a week in the outdoors if left alone. Unfortunately, our civilized world has turned away from nature. Nature feeds our body and soul, yet we bite the hand that feeds us. It is my goal to reconnect viewers with our human roots. My experiences in the outdoors have helped shape me into who I am today.
