Born in Burkina Faso, where she grew up intermittently between there and the Ivory Coast, Ramatou then went to explore the world from going to business school in France and The Netherlands. After graduating from a Masters in Itl Business, she migrated to the US.
Her love for cooking stem from the infinite possibilities of colors, layers, textures, and flavors.
While eating is crucial to physical and societal survival, cooking is what saved her life.
