The INDUStry Show, a Los Angeles based production, is the longest running talk show featuring journeys of entrepreneurs, executives, and change makers - primarily of South Asian origin. In season XI now, it has reached more than 30 million eyes and ears across the globe. Entrepreneurship is a lonely journey, even more so for immigrants and women. Through more than 300 stories of adaptability, courage, failure, innovation, resilience, we have shared inspiration, motivation and sense of community.

Our founder and host, Dr. Nitin Bajaj, did his doctoral thesis on South Asian immigrant entrepreneurs. He started this show to share these amazing stories with the world so we can all learn and grow. His article on the contributions of the South Asian community in the US was published by Fortune and received global critical acclaim.
