Qazi Fazl Ullah is a linguist, author and philosopher. He is Fazil Wafaqul Madaris where he studied Arabic grammar, Arabic literature, Fiqh, jurisprudence, logic, philosophy, Ilmul Kalam, Seerah, Tafseer, Hadith, and Islamic history. He studied at Peshawar University and Islamic University Islamabad in Pakistan and specialized in law, economics, and political science. He has taught all these subjects in Pakistan and the United States at different institutions. He was elected as a National Assembly Parliamentarian in Pakistan. He worked in underserved areas to provide jobs, build infrastructure, schools, museums, public health facilities, and increase communication technologies as the chair of the Social Action Board. He has traveled extensively throughout the Middle East, North Africa, Europe, South East Asia, North and Central America. He has given seminars in various parts of the world in these subjects.
