WCAT is a 501c3 non-profit organization established in 1987 to provide Public, Educational and Government Access programming to Comcast subscribers in Winthrop, MA. Our YouTube channel gives us the opportunity to extend some of our more interesting programs to those residents who do not subscribe to Comcast as well as our fans beyond the town. All the programs you watch here are created and produced by volunteers. We hope you enjoy them.
