Miami Flying Trapeze is a professional flying trapeze school that offers lessons for all levels and all ages. There is a harness, as safety is our number one priority. We teach beginner technique up through pro level. We offer accelerated classes that allow students to fly through the air to a catcher.

Flying Trapeze is considered a bucket list activity, but it’s also one of the most advanced forms of exercise available. Flying trapeze works your core, your stamina and overall flexibility while pumping your body full of adrenaline. It’s exciting and a healthy addiction.
