We are a grassroots political movement. Countess Markievicz is our figurehead and inspiration. Our members come from all corners of Ireland and from all walks of life.
Among us: Students, single mums, hospital consultants, sociologists, teachers, researchers, psychotherapists, lawyers, lesbians, parents, non-parents, nationals, non-nationals and Irish diaspora - people of all ages and backgrounds.
We are not professional activists. We are ordinary people.
Some of us have experience of activism from the Repeal campaign and water charges protest. However, most do not.
We share a horror at what is unfolding in Ireland in the name of Gender Ideology. Join us in standing up for women and children - visit us at https://thecountess.ie.
