First Amendment to the United States Constitution

I am a targeted individual that was falsely accused of a murder of a U.S Air Force pilot back in 1996 by my ex after losing a lawsuit . In 2003 I took a polygraph test and passed 18 times if I failed I would of been charged. The investigation was backed by Dept. of Justice and I was illegal placed in a INS dorm for illegal immigrants when I am not immigrant. Cooperation from sherrifs and police in the jail was very apperant. The investigation was conducted by the U.S federal marshals. Local police somehow managed to give an inmate a picture of me which was displayed in the dorm over 100 witnesses can be found as of 2018 and I was wrongfully labeled as a snitch. I was beaten to near death.Marks by the thousands could be seen all over my body even shoe marks on my toes.
