This channel was started to experiment with video editing, but our first video unexpectedly became popular. After 198 days, 69 videos, 8.2 million impressions, 504,232 views, and 52.5 thousand watch hours, we finally reached 1,000 subscribers on May 7, 2021, got monetized on May 13, got our W9 approved June 26, and received our first payment of $152.32 on June 28. Unfortunately, on July 7, 2022, after attracting over 6,000 subscribers, over 275,000 watch hours, over 2 million views since the channel started, and donating all of our $4,286.56 in receipts to charity, we were notified our 20-month-old channel "is not in line with" YouTube policies and is no longer eligible to monetize.
So there will be no further money received from YouTube and we'll no longer be able to make any donations to charity.
