HARDROCK STRIKER, DJ, producer, and founder of SKYLAX RECORDS, launched the label in 2004 to release cutting-edge yet timeless music, distinct from other US indie dance labels. With a mission to nurture both emerging and seasoned artists, SKYLAX has produced over 200 vinyl records. The label introduced talents like DJ Sprinkles, whose LP "Routes not roots" was RA's album of the year 2009, and promotes an "old school" vibe in electronic music. Notable releases include the double retrospective CD "Skylax House Explosion," mixed by DJ Sprinkles and Hardrock Striker, with exclusive tracks from artists like Move D and Jason Grove. Hardrock Striker has signed artists such as Soul Clap, Hector Oaks, and Mr. Fingers.
