Hey! My name is Leyanis and I'd like to welcome you to my channel! This is Learning with Leyanis.
I am an Afro-Latina Influencer and Miss Black Florida USA 2017. I was born in Cuba, grew up in Miami, did graduate school in London, and I am currently based between Miami, Philadelphia and DC.
During the day, I am a Business Consultant, Small Business Advocate, Speaker, and the Founder of MAJOR, a one-stop shop for minority-owned businesses. When I'm not working, I am traveling the world, watching comedy live, or shoving my face with Cuban food.
Learning with Leyanis is about all the things I learned along the way that I wish someone would have told me. This is an ongoing reflection and celebration of my personal life. It is for young women in search of adulting tips and tricks, women business owners in need of business advice and guidance, and young afro-latinas dealing with identity issues.
