I'm a professor of economics and econometrics at Aarhus University in Denmark. I have been teaching mathematics for economists at undergraduate and graduate levels in the US and in Denmark for 20 years.
You can also find my lecture notes at the link below. They contain subject material in form of definitions, propositions, selected proofs, examples, motivations, and exercises. Solutions to all exercises are provided at the end of each document. Check back regularly, since I am continuously updating and adapting these documents.
