Welcome to Lutong Bahay w/ Chef Bok!
My name is Raul Medenilla. I am Filipino/American Army Soldier in the United States. As a huge fan of the Filipino and most Asian food especially famous food of its region. My goal is to share the knowledge on how to prepare, cook and serve in the most effective and quickest way.
Cooking is my passion and considered to be stress reliever as well, as a soldier with long and intense work during the weekdays cooking is one of my past time to release some pressure. Being Filipino my continous craving for the distinctive Filipino and other Asian foods taste, I was motivated to shoot videos and create a food blog because I noticed that Asian Food are being underrated compare to different cuisines. I want Asian Food especially Filipino cuisine to be known and enjoyed by the rest of the world.
