Kiwi living in the USA, and proud mama to 3 boys and a girl. Motherhood and expat life has been one of so much strength, break down and reflection. It continuously leads me into new unknowns about myself and new passions that brew and simmer until I have to share them!
I originally built this channel as a beauty and motherhood platform but as time progresses my focus does to and I am learning to love myself and the world I’m in through yoga and worship combined. One where I get to live and breathe and have my being through my maker. I hope I can take you on that journey through basic movement, relaxation and accessible yoga, a place to truly encounter God anywhere.
Thank you for being there throughout the years and stick around to be a part of a new worthy season .
