Hi! We're two sisters, Emma and Sofie - we are so excited to share with you our recipes for various Scandinavian (mostly Danish) baked goods! We lived in Denmark during our childhood and since moved (US & UK!) so we love creating recipes that bring back childhood memories of Scandinavia.

We publish weekly recipes of our favorite Scandinavian recipes/childhood favorites on our website (skandibaking.com) and occasional blog posts related to culture/home baking! We're on a video kick lately and we're working our way through our website to add full length video tutorials for our recipes here on Youtube!
