I have been practicing meditation for the last 30 years. Apart from my engineering degree, I was more interested in the Astral world than the physical one. The world We can't see with our naked eyes but the reality is that the Astral world is within us, around us, and in the whole universe and everywhere beyond our imagination and intelligence.
