Friends, I am engaged in business with my husband, but I am very fond of
cooking. I make all kinds of Indian dishes traditionally. So my son insisted: "Mom,
you should start a YouTube channel." He surprised me by creating this
channel "Maru Gujarati Kitchen" and said: "Mom, now you have to make a video of
your creation." So this is how I started this channel. And after that many of my
friends also asked me to continue the channel. So now my attempt is to make a
video of what I know and put it here. So my video can be helpful for anyone who
wants to learn something new. I do not claim to know everything but I will say for
sure, that my way of teaching will be very different from everyone else and I try
to give you accurate and systematic information. So that whatever you create
becomes better in the first attempt. And that's why my video is a bit long so if you
watch it till the end you will know my cooking trick. Your feedback for this
