Dinesh Parkour Official Channel

I, Dinesh Sunar, am the pioneer professional parkour and gymnast player, representing Nepal, since last two decades. I am the national Gymnast and Parkour Player of Nepal. I am also the first international parkour player representing Nepal. I have represented Nepal in the USA Parkour Cup organized by the World Free Running Parkour Federation IN Tamp, Florida (2018).

My hard work, diligence and never giving up attitude has paved the path to achieve the Guinness World Records awards for 10th times, out of which 7th are set in the USA in the year 2020 and 2021, rest was done in Nepal in the year 2017, 2018 and 2019.

I am a three times national gold medalist in gymnastic. I am also certified parkour instructor from the World Free Running Parkour Federation and have worked as the stun-man in Nepali movie and Bollywood movie industry. I have been proactively involved motivating Nepali youths towards Parkour game. I was honored by Senator John C. Liu of the New York State in 2020 .
