Relax with U50 Twins

Hello our dear friends! We are twins from Vietnam. Since passing the age of 40, we have had to face the problem of sleep disorder, and this state keeps getting worse with age, especially after Covid-19 infection. We once accidentally found that natural sounds of rain, waves or flowing water are beneficial for beating insomnia, which has made us come to the decision that we would create our own channel with authentic relaxing sounds of nature in order to help people who have been struggling with sleep deprivation like us.
