Channel Description

In its many forms and iterations, the Middle East Union existed from the 1920s. In 2011, the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists decided to reorganize the work in the region. As a result, the MENAU was born and is directly overseen by the General Conference.

The countries within the MENAU territory include Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, and the northern half of Cyprus.
