Edge Autonomy

Headquartered in California, Edge Autonomy is a leader in the design and manufacturing of state-of-the-art unmanned and autonomous technology. Edge Autonomy is backed by AE Industrial Partners, a private equity firm specializing in aerospace, defense & government services, Edge Autonomy was born out of the September 2021 merger between Jennings Aeronautics, Inc (JAI) and UAV Factory. The integration of JAI, the manufacturer of the "Stalker" series UAS, including the latest and most advanced VXE30 VTOL, adding another 100,000ft2 manufacturing facility in the US. Edge Autonomy resources include the 60,000ft2 facility in Riga, Latvia, where the Penguin UAS family and Octopus ISR Payloads are manufactured. In August 2022, Edge Autonomy acquired Michigan-based Adaptive Energy, designer and manufacturer of solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) for back up and portable power applications.
