Singer-songwriter Edline Jean(Queen ElainyJ) was born in Nassau, Bahamas, and moved to the US as a teen. She felt called to sing gospel from an early age and music has been the foundation of her life. A woman of great Christian faith, she identifies as an international soul with Bahaitian Queen ties.
As a teenager Queen EJ enjoyed singing in youth programs at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Miami. For decades, while raising a family, she dedicated herself to empowering youth to explore their unique gifts for music and dance. She served as a praise team leader, a choir member and a youth group choreographer in her community churches. Oh, and she was a model and an actress too!
With her 2019 album, Viktwa, Queen EJ has brought her own musical dreams back to the forefront. Her vision is to explore different cultures and spread the gospel message through song. She puts her faith in God almighty to help her blaze a path. God Speed!
