The Fit Ninja Channel Description Snapshot
Channel Description
I’m a USA Track & Field Level 1 Certified Coach, USA Track & Field Cross Country Specialist, a TRX Coach, and I have a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from eCornell University. These certifications have enabled me to help others through coaching, while also allowing me to become a better athlete. I am an Ironman, marathoner, cyclist, swimmer, and rower who loves to lift.
When I’m not playing outdoors, I’m playing at work. I am the owner of a creative agency, philanthropist, boss girl, wife and mom. I have always lived an active life and I am passionate about eating and moving for optimal performance. At 49 years of age, a healthy lifestyle is more important to me than ever. I look forward to moving into the next decade of my life full of vitality and energy to pursue the things that I love. And I want to share the knowledge that I’ve acquired to help others do the same. That’s how The Fit Ninja training and nutritional program came to be.
