Welcome to SAMSKARA BY NISHITA. Our mission is to connect as many people as possible through high-quality free Yoga and Lifestyle videos. We welcome all levels, all bodies, all genders, all souls.
Specialising in content highlighting correct Yoga alignments, techniques, Healthy recipes and Yoga Therapy to reverse lifestyle diseases.
This channel is initiated by Nishita Singh, who is a Certified Yoga Teacher from the Yoga Alliance, USA. She has done her 300-hour YTTC in Hatha style and 200-hour YTTC in Ashtanga-Vinyasa style from the Yoga Alliance, USA. She is successfully running Yoga sessions in different Corporate offices and has also trained hundreds of practitioners till now. She also arranges Yoga Retreats PAN India which are loved by the participants.
