We started from the most basic roles working in the dining area to the kitchen for well known restaurants such as La Cote Basque, Cafe Boulud, DB Bistro Moderne, La Goulue, Brasserie Cognac, Le Colonial, Orsay, Philippe Restaurant+Lounge, Etc .
