These days, I spend my time wandering scenic trails and visiting places most travelers overlook — often guided by odd finds from Atlas Obscura and similar hidden gem guides — and I rarely go alone. Artemis, my hiking cat named after the Greek goddess of the moon and the hunt, comes along for nearly every step.
