Lauren Eckstrom is the co-founder and co-CEO of Inner Dimension. Lauren Eckstrom is a Holistic Yoga Flow E-RYT Yoga Alliance-certified yoga teacher and certified mindfulness meditation instructor. She guides some of the world’s most well- known musicians, filmmakers, executives and Fortune 500 companies in both yoga and meditation. Lauren leads Holistic Yoga Flow workshops, retreats and teacher trainings in the Los Angeles area and internationally.
She is the creator of truly holistic epic yoga programs such as “The Complete Practice,” “Journey to Yoga,” “Initiating the Mother,” and has co-created hugely popular yoga programs with her husband Travis such as “Yoga 30 for 30,” “Yoga 45 for 45,” and “Yoga Detox 30.” Lauren co-authored “Holistic Yoga Flow: The Path of Practice” and was the associate producer of the award-winning DVD series, “The Ultimate Yogi.”
