As the organizer of the Metabolic Health Conference, I am leading India's first virtual event that showcases the benefits of low carb nutrition for various metabolic disorders. I am also the founder of Metabolic Health India, a platform that empowers people to achieve remission from type 2 diabetes, hypertension, neurological, mental health, and other metabolic conditions with low carb.

I have 8 years of experience in low carb nutrition, during which I successfully reversed my own type 2 diabetes without medication. I hold several prestigious certifications & qualifications, including the Metabolic Health Practitioner accreditation from the Society of Metabolic Health Practitioners USA, the first & only one in India. I am also recognized internationally as a low carb coach & nutritionist, listed on 7 prominent global platforms.
