Dec 5th 2019, Hi, We are the Paiges. Both retired. Both in our 60"s. Both with Physical challenges. Proving we STILL CAN DO THIS again.
We raised our 5 children on a farm with Steer, Cow, Egg chickens, Meat Chickens, Goats, Ducks, Pigs. As the children grew and moved away? We moved to " Intown LIfe".
NOT FOR US... Time we went back to " Yesteryear.
We keep a " Living Pantry" filled with Canning, Dehydrating and Ferments stores. We are not " Preppers".. but do believe in being prepared for whatever life tosses at us. (Preppers to some?)
We garden, Lots and lots of gardening. In doing so we provide our yearly produce, veggies, soups, jams, Jelly and so on. Our grocery bills since doing so have literally been cut in half.
Now with BIGGER gardens. Our egg layers, our Meat birds, and one day soon Rabbits and Bee's..all on 3/4 acres surrounded in flowers and all the bounty we can squeeze in.
WE WANT TO CONTROL OUR FOOD SOURCE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. PLEASE COME WITH US FOR THIS ADVENTURE .
