As a child, I remembered my aunts would make these most glorious outfits. It would never fail to amaze me how a rectangle of fabric could turn into something so beautiful.
I had my first sewing machine at 6 years old, however it wasn't until school, I had revived my passion during Textiles class. I got my first 'proper' sewing machine in 2014 once I had finished my studies, from which I dipped in and out of sewing whenever I got inspired, however, it wasn't until the pandemic hit in 2020 when I decided I wanted to pursue a professional level of sewing in the form of garments.
Then this YouTube baby was born.
With my busy lifestyle, it meant I found it hard to set time aside for sewing. Not only has this channel made me accountable to progress in my sewing journey, but I have met so many great people like you along the way and I love the community we have here!
