Captain Steve Taft is a third generation sportfishing captain who has been on the water his whole life. He runs The Legend, a 75' sportfishing boat, 200 days out of the year. He specializes in catching pelagic species such as bluefin and yellowfin tuna, yellowtail, and dorado.

Catalina (Cat) has been fishing with her dad since she was a little girl. Having grown up on a sailboat, the water always has felt like home to her. She learned how to fish the islands (mostly Catalina and Clemente) from a young age. She has been tuna fishing out of San Diego for over 10 years.
