This channel features Lucyna (Luci) and Clare's video recipes. Luci was born in Poland, her mother like all Polish mothers, was an amazing cook and baker. Growing up, Luci spent many hours watching her mother cook and bake. In these videos she shares her mother's delicious recipes and a few of her own. The recipes range from appetizers, sides (like Mazur carrots, cucumber salad, etc), main courses (like golabkies, bigos, pierogies etc), and desserts (like nalesniki, poppy seed roll, chrusciki, paczki etc). Also check out our other recipes like Babka (Polish Easter bread) and some of the American classic recipes.
