Namık Arınç – DJ, Producer and Arranger
Born in Istanbul in 1983, Namık Arınç began his music career in 1998 by taking percussion training at Pera Music Art. He was introduced to electronic house music in 2002 and turned to this field. He studied Sound Engineering at the SAE Institute and took his career, which he started as a stage manager, to a professional level with DJing and production work.
Arınç, who graduated from Istanbul Technical University Mechanical Engineering, also developed his business knowledge by completing an MBA at Bournemouth University.
He reached a wide audience with his energetic sets based on hit songs from the 80s, 90s and 2000s under the stage name DJ BigGrand. He created his own unique style by making productions in different genres, primarily AfroHouse.
Arınç, who continues to take place on national and international stages with Planet Event Turkey, which he founded in 2015, offers his listeners unforgettable music experiences.
