As a new mom, and I enjoy making videos about what I find works for us. That way, I can look back and remember if I ever need it again in the future! And hopefully, it can even help you out a little too! As someone who has struggled with chronic fatigue throughout my life, I choose not to put myself on a strict upload schedule here on YouTube. Instead, I enjoy this as a hobby, whenever I feel inspired, and just whenever I have the energy to film and edit. I love sharing my experiences as I learn to thrive in and love motherhood (it's not always easy, so once I figure out how to overcome challenges, I share what I find out!).
