Channel Description
I am a US Coast Guard veteran diagnosed with PTSD and on a journey of self healing through Lego brick therapy. My goal for this channel is to help people think outside the box for anxiety relief so that they can help themselves at home. For me, I use Lego builds as a form of stress and anxiety relief. Building with the Lego sets uses my senses of touch, hearing and sight while I follow simple directions or use free-form creativity to steer my mind away from negative thoughts. This has been a very effective method for me to ease anxiety and prevent or stop a panic attack.
