Channel Description
Diagnosed ADHD, Guitar/vocals/keys in ELEINE. Over the recent years I've felt the drive to create a YouTube channel focusing on mental health, music, humor and video games. The kick off for this was getting diagnosed with ADHD in my mid 30's and when so much in my past suddenly made sense and at the same time the grief and anger over lost time set in. I've learnt a lot about my own condition during the last year or so and also dove into learning a lot about autism.
