Systemic Nickel Allergy is estimated to effect between 8-25% of children and adults worldwide, but it is significantly under-recognized and under-diagnosed, particularly in the United States. For example, a recent study revealed ~40% of those with IBS are positive for systemic nickel allergy. This channel, my website, and my book are meant to help provide simple, easy to implement recipes and strategies for those who are placed on a low nickel diet for their eczema, IBS, fibromyalgia, endometriosis, etc. I am always open to suggestions for new content or interviews, so please reach out!
