I started my interest in Plant tissue culture when I was in college (On-Job-Training in my Alma mater [Rizal Technological University]) way back summer of 2009 doing tissue culture of Banana-Lakatan & Cavendish, camote tops shoot tip, corn embryo & callus of carrot. Every time I saw my cultures I feel amazed -feels like I fulfilled something that is uncommon sa mga ginagawa ng mga magtatanim ng halaman. Then I've decided to master my craft (up until now) to help everyone to put up their own tissue culture laboratory even at home and to let you know that anyone of us can grow plants in vitro (inside the bottle) with or without intensive training, with or without big budget
