Why is it so difficult to talk about something that is really bothering you for years? Why one can not open up to others? Why it hurts when we keep things bottled up.Why not talk about what makes our life difficult for us and for people around us. Trust and talk and see the difference.
Talking to strangers is always easier than the people you know. Stranger does not know your id, your address or your real life. Stranger is not going to force you to listen to them. It is entirely up to you to say what you are comfortable with. That is why people prefer going for psychologist or have therapy and open up because they are not known to you and they will not hurt or judge you. That is why I. am here as a virtual friend to talk to everyone and share my own experiences.
