International award-winning pianist and composer Dame Marina Arsenijevic, star of the Emmy-nominated PBS TV program, "Marina at West Point: Unity through Diversity" which has been broadcast by PBS stations to more than 170 million viewers over the past decade, a PBS phenomenon. She performs with the 120 member West Point Band and Cadet Glee Club . The "Unity Through Diversity" concert blends patriotic themes with the rhythms and melodies of many cultures and religions represented in the United States. The concert has been described as a "Symphonic Powerhouse of Patriotism and Passion".
Dame Marina is a recipient of the Ellis Island Medal of Honor and Serbia’s highest diplomatic honor “Knighthood of St Sava’s Order of Diplomatic Pacifism” for her courage and endless work uniting diverse cultures amid the conflict, ethnic strife and violence that once embroiled the Balkans. Her message of hope and optimism has been delivered through her music worldwide.
