I created Confidence School to help people maintain eye contact with the wide-ranging good that life has to offer. From the simple fact that normal days are actually good days being taken for granted to the amazing sites, tastes, and experiences that are available.
Human intellect enabled us to do the seemingly impossible such as explore space, transplant organs, and create man-made islands but that intelligence and capability of deep thought also works against us in so many ways, causing people to doubt or loathe themselves and generally have a negative approach to life that Eyore from Winnie the Pooh would be jealous of.
I hope the videos help you find a short-term reason to smile and tilt the mirror toward all of the long-term reasons to enjoy the time you have. I promise you this, the person looking back at you in the mirror deserves to be happy.
