OLYMPIAN ANALYZES

My name is Lance Ringnald, - 1988 U.S. Olympic team member and 1992 Olympic alternate. I was a member of 3 world championship teams and earned 4 world medals and Gold on high bar at the 1990 Goodwill Games. My goal of this channel is to analyze some of the best gymnasts in the world - present and past - doing their incredible gymnastics so many more people may have a higher appreciation and understanding of the incredible skill and technique that is required to be a world class gymnast. No matter if you are a gymnast or just a fan of the sport, my hope is my step by step narration and comparisons will help you feel the skills and routines more from the athletes point of view than just a spectator.
