I believe my use of any copyrighted material falls under fair use for purposes such as commentary & criticism. The legal basis for "fair use" in the United States is the Copyright Act of 1976, specifically Section 107. This law allows for use of copyrighted material without permission from the copyright holder for purposes such as: Criticism, Comment, News reporting etc. I put a lot of efforts into making these videos by searching and picking the most interesting ones and editing them, so they are less boring.
