The Founder, CEO, and Fund Manager of the Tulsa Real Estate Fund, the first 100% Black-owned and operated SEC regulated Regulation A+ Tier 2 real estate crowdfund in U.S. History, and the Jay Morrison Academy, an online wealth building institution and mentorship firm, Jay is making it his lifelong mission to teach the value of wealth building, home ownership and financial literacy to those who lack exposure to it, as he did growing up.
