Channel Description
Sri Surabharathi Sanskrit and Cultural Foundation was started in the year 2002, in Bengaluru's HRBR Layout with the benign blessings of Ananthasri Vibhushita Bharathi Theertha Mahaswamiji of Sringeri Sharada Peetham.
In the year 2022, Jagadguru Shankaracharya Srimad Vidhushekhara Bharathi Sannidhanam of Dakshinamnaya Sringeri Sharada Peetham inaugurated the newly constructed Foundation's building, State of the Art Auditorium, Consecrated the temples of Jaganmatha Sri Sharadamba, Sri Adi Shankaracharya, Sri Venkateshwara Swamy, Sri Mahaganpati, Sri Subrahmanya.
The foundation has 4 distinctive objectives
1. Propagate Sanskrit, Vedas, Sanatana Dharma
2. Research
3. Publication
4. Preservation & Propagation of Music, Dance & Drama
In the year 2005-06 and 2006 – 07, Ministry of HRD, Government of India through Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan granted financial assistance.
