Zamir Haider is a career journalist since 1992. Started from The Nation, worked with The Frontier Post, & Daily Times as Special Correspondent.
In Oct 2004 Zamir joined AAJ TV as Special Correspondent and hosted program “AAJ Kay Reporters”.
Worked with GEO TV since August 2007, covered US Presidential Elections 2008 from Houston.
Remained with Dunya TV for Six Years since November 2008 as Special Correspondent and Bureau Chief, Islamabad. Hosted program “Dunya Special”.
Joined 92 News Channel as Bureau Chief and headed news operations till June 2015.
Worked in Such TV as Director News, hosted “Talk@7 With Zamir Haider" from July 2015 to April 2018.
Mr Zamir Haider currently hosts program “Public Pulse ” Monday to Thursday at 8:00 pm on Public TV.
Mr Zamir was also a Fellow at Stanford University for "Innovation Journalism" program in 2007. He was a Humphrey Fellow 2011-12 at Phillip Merill College of Journalism at University of Maryland.
