The official channel for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). The independent, bipartisan agency was established July 2, 1965, and its mission is to prevent and remedy unlawful employment discrimination and advance equal opportunity for all in the workplace.
Videos are intended to inform employers, employees, and applicants about their rights and responsibilities related to the employment laws we enforce. While this is an open forum, it's also a family friendly one, so please use appropriate language and a respectful tone in your comments.
