Hi everyone
I'm Nush, a former TV presenter from London, who together with my family have decided to relocate to Senegal, West Africa. We are doing this for our strong need to reconnect to Mother Nature, for our 2 kids to grow up in a healthier environment and for us all to have a more wholesome, slow paced and natural life.
We're documenting it to promote alternative ways of living that are beneficial for mind, body and soul, for all members of the family. We want to highlight the positive impacts we’ve experienced from a change of lifestyle and environment, while also helping to change the narrative around how people perceive Africa, specifically Senegal. It's important for us to show how it’s a way of life that is achievable by all and to inspire others to think outside the box and take risks.
